Refund policy
- RETURNS AND REFUNDS:
You can return any product purchased at the Roberto Rubino Online Store and get a refund. Return shipping is free. You must ship the product you intend to return to us within 14 days of its delivery date. After 14 days from their delivery, the products can no longer be returned.
The refund will be made as soon as the return is made will be received and the products will be verified.
For orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be available to customers in about 10 days, and will still be visible on the next card statement. The timing may vary slightly depending on the banking circuit of the credit card used.
For orders paid with Paypal or other payment methods, the amount will be returned to the original account.
- How to make a return:
To request a return authorization, the Customer must send a request to the addressinfo@robertorubino.it, within 14 daysfrom receipt of the goods. Once the return request has been received, the customer service will send the customer a written confirmation with the specifications to follow. The items must be returned in the same packaging with which they were received or with the same method and type of the same.
All returned products will be inspected by Roberto Rubino's staff who will verify compliance with the conditions and parameters listed in the return procedure. All the products must be returned together with their original box, which is considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product itself and which must not have been damaged and / or altered in any way, nor used as a single external packaging.
Returns authorized by robertorubino.it must be shipped from the same country in which the original order was delivered.
Robertorubino.it reserves the right not to accept returns shipped with couriers other than that indicated in the email with the return instructions if the delivery involves additional costs for robertorubino.it or requires collection at a branch of the courier itself.
Robertorubino.it also reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or returns that do not comply with all the conditions provided.
In these cases, the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address.
