Shipping policy

• SHIPMENTS:

Shipping on the robertorubino.it website is free for all products.

Shipping times are as follows:

Italy: From 2 to 6 working days

EU (European Union): 4 to 9 working days

Rest of the world: 6 to 12 business days

RobertoRubino.it offers its customers a traceable shipping service at any time, thanks to the service made available by DHL. The Customer will receive an e-mail confirming the shipment of the goods with the code (tracking number) provided by DHL which will allow him to check the progress of his shipment at any time.

 

Important shipping information

A signature on the receipt is required for all orders.

We are unable to redirect orders to a different address after shipment, so please make sure you provide an address where you can be found at the time of delivery based on the delivery time specified.

Our Online Store does not ship to P.O. Boxes or use postal mail.

 Insurance:

Please note that we insure every order in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for each product delivered, and at that point the responsibility for the order passes onto you. If it is not you who received your package (for example in the case of a gift) then the person who signed it confirms the delivery and is responsible for the package.

 

• REPLACEMENTS OF GOODS POLICY

We do not change bought items through the robertorubino.it website. You can return your order, ask for a refund and then place a new order. Your original order will be refunded as soon as the product is received, and you can place another order immediately afterwards or at any time you want.

 

• RETURNS:

You can return any product purchased at the Roberto Rubino Online Store and get a refund. Return shipping is free. You must ship the product you intend to return to us within 14 days of its delivery date. After 14 days from their delivery, the products can no longer be returned. The refund will be made as soon as the return is received and the products have been verified. For orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be available to customers in about 10 days and will still be visible on the next card statement. The timing may vary slightly depending on the banking circuit of the credit card used. For orders paid with PayPal or other payment methods, the amount will be returned to the original account.

• How to make a return: 

To request the return authorization, the Customer must send a request to info@robertorubino.it, within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Once the return request has been received, the customer service will send the Customer a written confirmation with the specifications to follow .. The items must be returned in the same packaging in which they were received or with the same method and type of the same.
All returned products will be inspected by Roberto Rubino's staff who will verify compliance with the conditions and parameters listed in the return procedure. All products  must be returned together with their original box, which is considered to all intents and purposes part integral part of the product itself and that it must not have been damaged and / or altered in any way, nor used as a single external packaging. 

Returns authorized by robertorubino.it  must be shipped from the same country in which the original order was delivered.

Robertorubino.it  reserves the right not to accept returns shipped with couriers other than that indicated in the email with the return instructions if the delivery involves additional costs for robertorubino.it or requires collection at a branch of the courier itself.

Robertorubino.it  also reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or returns that do not comply with all the conditions provided.
In these cases, the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address.
